HealVape mainly provides delivery services to European countries such as Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and Portugal. Shipping costs and delivery time will be calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.

We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. In the event of a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt of the item;

The merchandise must remain unused, unopened and in complete condition with the original packaging (used or unopened merchandise cannot be returned).
